Mid Century Modern Drop Leaf Table and Chairs | Lane Perception

This is our first time encountering a Lane Perception drop leaf table and chairs!

One of our favorite offerings by Lane is the their Perception line designed by Warren Church.  The table has the signature perception curving legs, with metal sliders underneath to support the drop leaves .  We have two refinished and reupholstered original chairs.  And included are 4 additional chairs that are a matching style.

The original booklet from the collection describes it this way:

"The 'sculpture in wood' look reaches its ultimate refinement in this beautifully executed Scandinavian collection... rich gunstock Walnut with bordered edges that taper smoothly into softly rounded contours... not a single sharp edge or corner visible anywhere".

*In our pictures, the two original chairs are accompanied by four retro chairs that coordinate well and actually have their original yellow floral vinyl upholstery.  Originally, we had planned to reupholster these chairs, but after uncovering the original vinyl, we felt like they were too special and in such good condition, that we wanted to leave the fabric as-is.

Orders of $200 or more are eligible for free delivery in the Omaha area.  Local delivery within the Omaha metro is available for $35 for orders under $200.  Delivery over 20 miles away is $70, and orders over $300 or more are eligible.
