Delayed Pick up/Delivery

If you anticipate that you will not be able to pick up or accept a delivery of your item within 7 days of purchase, a $25/week storage fee will apply. Please message us with questions if this applies to you.

Local Pick up

Please arrange pick up with us after purchase.  We will reach out to you to schedule if we do not see that information in your order. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of ordering to arrange your pick up time - you can also schedule here.  Thank you!


Curbside delivery within the Omaha metro is complimentary for orders of $275 or more, and is available for $35 for orders under $275. Curbside delivery over 20 miles away is $70, orders over $300 or more are eligible.

Please be prepared to help unload your item. We do offer assistance to bring items into the home.  If you need this add-on service, please let us know prior to delivery, and we will invoice the $20 service fee.

Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in having an item shipped, including furniture. We will obtain an accurate quote using carriers like FedEx and UShip. 

Sales Tax

As a registered business in Nebraska, we do charge sales tax.

Refunds and Returns

Our heartfelt desire is for all of our customers to take home items that they love and that will last a lifetime.  Of course, since we sell vintage items, that means that their life began somewhere else and sometimes it shows in terms of wear. 

We endeavor to provide accurate information, measurements and pictures in our listings so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing an item.  If after thoroughly reviewing the listing, you would like additional information or pictures, please feel free to reach out.

We do our utmost to clean, repair and restore our merchandise and will not sell you broken items. Our items are sold as-is. Please thoroughly look over any items purchased at pick up or delivery.  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit (when you are transporting the item home).

If you are dissatisfied at pick up or delivery, we will endeavor to come to a solution which may include a refund or store credit depending on the situation.

No returns and no refunds are given after items have been picked up and removed from the premises.

Showroom Appointments

We offer showroom appointments as a courtesy to our customers and such appointments are subject to our availability.  An appointment does not constitute a hold on an item.
