We do not provide refunds or accept returns for shipped items. We do utilize insurance for any small items we ship in case of damage by the carrier.
Please contact us before purchasing an item if you require shipping. We allow customers to arrange their own shipping via UShip. It is the customer's responsibility to select and communicate with the UShip shipper, ensuring that they have satisfactory reviews, will provide blanket wrap and insurance.
