Before making a purchase, all customers should be familiar with our policies set forth below:

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final - please arrange to see items in person if you have any doubts about their condition.  You may visit the store during our open hours, or reach out to us in order to set up an appointment to view in person before purchase.

If you are out of the area and receiving an item via shipping, we are happy to provide additional images or video to assist you in seeing the item before making a purchase. 

Items will not be held without payment in full.  First come, first serve.  Inquiring or setting an appointment to view an item, does not constitute a hold on an item.

Delayed Local Pick up/Local Delivery

We are not able to offer delayed local pick up or local delivery. Locals, please plan to pick up or accept delivery of your item within 7 days of purchase.

Our regular delivery days are Thursdays and Saturdays.  If purchasing online, we will reach out via text or a call to schedule your delivery.

Local Pick up

Please plan to pick up your item during our normal business hours within 7 days of purchase.  If you are picking up a large piece of furniture, please bring assistance to carry the item out to your vehicle.  Thank you!

Local and Regional Delivery Rates

OMAHA:

Curbside delivery within the Omaha metro for orders over $1,000 is FREE, orders under $1,000 can be delivered for $50. Local delivery can be added at checkout.

LINCOLN: 

Curbside delivery to Lincoln is $100, orders over $300 or more are eligible.  Lincoln delivery can be added at checkout.

SIOUX CITY AND DES MOINES:

Curbside delivery to Sioux City and Des Moines is $150.  Please contact us and we can send an invoice for the delivery fee.

SIOUX FALLS AND KANSAS CITY:

Curbside delivery to Sioux Falls and Kansas City is available for $250. Please contact us and we can send an invoice for the delivery fee.

Receiving Your Delivery:

Please be prepared to help unload your item. Our standard delivery is to the entrance of the home or garage. If you need help carrying items any further into the home, please note that there is an additional $50 fee for this service. If you have any other special considerations, please let us know. 

Locally, we deliver on Thursdays and Saturdays.  Elise will reach out to you to schedule your delivery via text or call.  You can also reach out to us at 402-807-5355.  Thank you!

Nationwide Shipping (Outside of Regional Delivery Zones)

We do not provide refunds or accept returns for shipped items.  We do utilize insurance for any small items we ship in case of damage by the carrier.

Please contact us before purchasing an item if you require shipping.  We allow customers to arrange their own shipping via UShip. It is the customer's responsibility to select and communicate with the UShip shipper, ensuring that they have satisfactory reviews, will provide blanket wrap and insurance.

For smaller items (non-furniture), we can provide a quote using the website Pirate Ship for the most economical shipping rate.

Sales Tax

As a registered business in Nebraska, we charge sales tax.
