This lowboy dresser was designed by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville's "Dania" line which began being produced in 1955! According to the original catalog, Merton Gershun was inspired by Danish design. This dresser has been lightly restored and is in excellent condition. It features louvered drawers with hidden pulls on the left side. There are also brass accents along the tapered legs.
The lowboy has a total of six drawers and one section with a fixed shelf in between. The left side has the louvered solid walnut drawers and right side has two cabinet doors with brass pulls that conceal the white lacquer drawers. There is also a large matching mirror included with the lowboy!
