This is a large framed print of Andrew Wyeth's 1948 egg tempera painting "Christina's World".
The history of this painting is that Andrew Wyeth was portraying a real person, Anna Christina Olson, who because of a disability, actually crawled on the ground to move around. Wyeth was said to be inspired to portray her in this portrait after observing her crawling to get across her family's land.
