Using the "Make An Offer" feature on our website allows customers to submit an offer for review by the store owners. We will respond either with acceptance of the offer with a discount code or customized invoice. The customer is responsible for completing the purchase within a reasonable time (preferably same day), as we do not hold items without payment. It is up to the store owner's discretion whether the offer will be accepted or if we will choose to send a counteroffer.
